Return & Refund Policy

At TACC Customs, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and structured return policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

Returns & Store Credit

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

TACC Customs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%–30%, depending on the condition of the returned item. This will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Final Sale Items

All items marked “Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Policy

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within the same business week.
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Please note that shipping timelines may vary during high-volume periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tacccustoms.com. Please include photos and order details so we can promptly resolve the issue.
