All products offered by TACC Customs are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, TACC Customs reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within the same business week. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. TACC Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

TACC Customs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, images, and graphics, is the property of TACC Customs and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
